Refund Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@proteinwala.co.uk and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
